Cancellations and Returns
If you would like to cancel your order before it is delivered, or return your order once delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing tommy@ohgrapewine.com.
If your order has not yet been delivered you may refuse acceptance of the delivery from the courier and we will make arrangements for the order to be returned to us.
You may return your order for any reason up to five days after the day it is delivered. It is your responsibility to return your order to us at Oh Grape Ltd, Unit F041, Forum House, 120 - 170 Stewarts Road, London SW8 4UB.
Refunds will be processed to the same method of payment you used to place your order within five days of the cancellation of your order (if not delivered) or receipt by us of the order (if delivered). We are not able to refund bottles of wine that have been opened by you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you notice that your order is damaged or incorrect when it is delivered, you may refuse acceptance of the delivery from the courier, and we will make arrangements for the order to be returned to us.
If you decide to accept delivery of an order that is damaged or incorrect, or if you have already accepted delivery of an order which is damaged or is not correct, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing tommy@ohgrapewine.com. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We will either process a refund or send a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Condition and Vintage Variation
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the proper care of wines in our possession, and we use reputable suppliers to procure our wines, we cannot be responsible for their condition or style when opened. We will consider requests for the replacement or refund of orders where the condition or style of the wine is not as you expected at our absolute discretion.
The vintages offered on our website may not always be available. We try to ensure that all vintage information provided is as up to date as possible but in the event of a vintage variation affecting your order, we will be in touch prior to the dispatch of your order to inform you of any changes and to amend your order if necessary.
