This is a classic Sauvignon Blanc with bright aromas of lime zest, passion fruit and flint. Light bodied and well balanced with refreshing acidity and citrus notes.

Viticulture:
The grapes are sourced from seven different vineyards, planted on sandstone and shale soils, which are very tough and rocky. The altitude is an average of 200m above sea level and the vineyards are north-facing.
Trellising is the standard three-tier system. They are naturally low-yielding vineyards, producing on average six tonnes per hectare.
Winemaking:
The grapes were fermented in stainless-steel tanks using indigenous yeasts.
The wine was aged for seven months on its lees prior to bottling, to preserve its crisp aromatics.
