Grape(s): Cabernet Sauvignon (100%)
14% ABV / 750ml / Vegetarian / Vegan
The grapes were grown in vineyards located in the Uco Valley, at over 1,300 metres above sea level.
The area is characterised by its wide diurnal temperature range, which produces grapes with a great intensity of colour and a distinctive aromatic expression.
The berries were carefully, hand selected before vinification.
A pre-fermentation maceration took place at low temperatures.
Fermentation followed, with natural and selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at temperatures maintained at 26°C.
The wine was then aged in French oak barrels for a period of three months, followed by at least three months cellaring in bottle.
